📌 Key Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned parcels and documents from the hub and deliver them to customer addresses within the designated beat area in Coimbatore
- Verify customer OTP or obtain physical signature as proof of delivery for each consignment as per company protocol
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local route knowledge to complete maximum deliveries within the daily delivery window
- Handle consignments with care to prevent damage and follow packaging integrity checks before door-step handover
- Record delivery status in the company delivery app in real time for each successful delivery or failed attempt
- Manage undelivered parcels by contacting customers for reattempt coordination and returning non-delivered items to the hub at end of shift
- Collect cash-on-delivery amounts where applicable and remit collected cash to the hub in-charge at the end of each working day
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- 10th pass or 12th pass from a recognized board; Graduate candidates are also welcome
- 0 - 2 Years of experience in parcel delivery, courier delivery, or any field operations role; freshers with valid licence are welcome
- Valid LMV two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory for this role
- Own two-wheeler in good working condition is preferred by most private courier and e-commerce delivery companies
- Familiarity with Coimbatore city streets, residential layouts, and landmark-based navigation for efficient last-mile delivery
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English for customer interaction at the doorstep
- Smartphone proficiency for using the delivery management app, GPS navigation, and OTP capture workflows
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
