📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Google Search, Display, and YouTube ad campaigns for residential project lead generation.
• Manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns targeting home buyer audiences in Coimbatore and nearby markets.
• Optimize campaign budgets, bids, and creatives to achieve target cost per lead for each residential project.
• List and manage property listings on real estate portals including 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
• Monitor campaign analytics on Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Work with the design team to brief and review ad creatives, landing pages, and video assets.
• Integrate digital lead data into the CRM system and coordinate with pre-sales teams on lead quality feedback.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any discipline with a strong digital marketing portfolio.
• 1 to 4 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, preferably for real estate.
• Google Ads certification and Meta Blueprint certification are preferred hiring criteria.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and performance dashboard reporting.
• Understanding of real estate buyer personas, search intent, and lead generation funnel optimization.
• Experience integrating digital leads with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or developer-specific platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and real estate portal listing management for organic traffic enhancement.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
