📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic tour packages for South India pilgrimage circuits including Tirupati, Rameswaram, and Madurai.
• Book accommodation, coach transport, and guide services for group pilgrimage and leisure domestic tours.
• Prepare detailed day-by-day itineraries, costing sheets, and tour quotations for domestic group bookings.
• Manage darshan bookings, accommodation at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) guesthouses, and related logistics.
• Issue tour vouchers, hotel confirmations, and travel documents to customers before departure.
• Coordinate with drivers, local guides, and hotels during live tours to resolve on-ground issues.
• Communicate pre-departure briefings to tour groups covering itinerary details, packing lists, and conduct guidelines.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Tourism or travel training from a recognised institute is an advantage.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in domestic tour coordination or ground operations in a private travel agency.
• Good knowledge of South India pilgrimage circuits including Tirupati, Rameswaram, Kanyakumari, and Madurai.
• Familiarity with TTD darshan booking systems and pan-India domestic group tour logistics.
• Ability to prepare tour costings, vendor quotations, and customer itinerary documents accurately.
• Good Tamil communication skills for handling Tamil-speaking pilgrimage group customers in Coimbatore.
• Willingness to occasionally travel with tours or conduct pre-tour site familiarisation trips as required.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
