• Process online customer orders and coordinate fulfilment with the store inventory and logistics team
• Manage click-and-collect orders by coordinating product reservation, customer notification, and in-store handover
• Write accurate and SEO-friendly product descriptions and specification content for electronics listings
• Monitor online pricing daily against competitor platforms and flag discrepancies to the category team
• Handle online customer queries and complaints related to product information, delivery, and returns
• Prepare e-commerce sales, order fulfilment, and return reports for the store manager and category team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or online retail
• Familiarity with major online marketplace seller portals and order management workflows
• Good product content writing skills for creating accurate and engaging electronics product descriptions
• Attention to detail for pricing accuracy, specification correctness, and image compliance across listings
• Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listing optimisation on digital platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for e-commerce sales and fulfilment data management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
