📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting consumer electronics products that match their requirements and budget
• Demonstrate product features, specifications, and performance to customers on the showroom floor
• Communicate ongoing promotional schemes, exchange offers, and EMI options to customers
• Achieve daily and weekly individual sales targets set by the floor supervisor or store manager
• Coordinate with billing team for smooth transaction processing and invoice generation
• Maintain showroom floor cleanliness and ensure all display products are powered on and functional
• Report competitor pricing and scheme information to the category and store management team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate from a recognised board or institution
• Basic knowledge of consumer electronics categories such as televisions, laptops, and audio products
• Good spoken communication skills in Tamil and conversational English
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and festival season extended hours
• Ability to stand on the showroom floor for extended periods during peak hours
• Freshers with a keen interest in consumer electronics and technology are eligible to apply
• Prior experience in any retail floor sales role is an advantage but not mandatory
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
