📌 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair consumer electronics products including televisions, laptops, audio systems, and home appliances brought to the service centre
• Perform component-level PCB troubleshooting and replace faulty modules as per standard repair procedures
• Manage service job cards from product receipt through repair completion and customer handover
• Coordinate with spare parts team to source required components and track repair material consumption
• Handle warranty and out-of-warranty repair workflows in line with service centre operating procedures
• Conduct final quality checks on repaired products before customer handover to ensure full functionality
• Maintain daily repair status logs and update service management software with job progress

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• ITI in Electronics and Communication or Diploma in Electronics Engineering from a recognised institution
• Zero to four years of hands-on experience in consumer electronics repair and servicing
• Ability to diagnose faults in televisions, laptops, audio equipment, and home appliances
• Working knowledge of PCB-level troubleshooting and component replacement techniques
• Familiarity with service job card management and spare parts requisition procedures
• Attention to detail for accurate fault diagnosis and quality checking before customer handover
• Knowledge of major consumer electronics brand service procedures is an advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
