📌 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 energy audits at commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and institutional campuses in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu
- Perform load surveys, power quality measurements, and equipment energy consumption assessments using power analysers and data loggers
- Assess HVAC system efficiency including chiller performance, AHU airflow, cooling tower operation, and building envelope losses
- Carry out lighting audits and prepare LED retrofit proposals with energy saving calculations and simple payback analysis
- Audit compressed air systems, motors, pumps, and drives for energy saving opportunities and prepare detailed recommendation reports
- Prepare energy audit reports with baseline energy consumption, specific energy consumption, saving potential, and investment proposals
- Support clients in implementing ISO 50001 energy management systems and in filing BEE star rating or PAT scheme documentation
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Describe the steps you follow when conducting a detailed Level 2 energy audit at a 5000 sq ft commercial office building in Coimbatore
- What parameters do you measure during a chiller performance test and how do you calculate COP from field measurements?
- How do you conduct a lighting audit and calculate the energy saving potential from replacing T8 fluorescent lights with LED tubes?
- What is a power quality audit and what instruments do you use to measure harmonics and power factor at a factory?
- Describe how you measure compressed air system losses and what leak detection methods you use?
- How do you structure an energy audit report to make it actionable for a commercial building facility manager?
- What is the BEE energy auditor certification exam and what topics does it cover?
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

B.E.
