📌 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the quality management system for solar EPC site execution covering module installation, electrical work, commissioning, and civil works
- Lead EHS compliance across all active solar project sites including rooftop and ground mount installations in Tamil Nadu
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and EHS audits at solar installation sites and prepare corrective action reports
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection checklists and inspection and test plans for each phase of solar EPC project execution
- Ensure compliance with MNRE empanelment requirements, channel partner certification conditions, and PM Surya Ghar programme quality norms
- Investigate site incidents, near-misses, and quality non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive action plans
- Lead ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification and maintenance activities for the solar EPC company's quality and EHS management systems

- Describe the quality inspection checklist you would develop for the structural mounting phase of a commercial rooftop solar project
- What are the key EHS hazards at a rooftop solar installation site and how do you control them?
- How do you implement an effective LOTO procedure for a solar plant undergoing maintenance work on live DC circuits?
- What MNRE empanelment documentation and quality requirements apply to a solar EPC company installing systems under PM Surya Ghar?
- How do you investigate a site incident where a solar technician received an electric shock during DC wiring work?
- Describe how you develop and implement the ITP for a 1 MW ground mount solar project from civil foundation to commissioning
- How do you manage EHS compliance across 10 active solar sites being executed simultaneously?
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

B.E. Electrical or Mechanical for solar project engineer and design engineer roles; Diploma Electrical for solar installation technician and O and M technician roles; ITI Electrician for solar rooftop installation and maintenance roles; MNRE solar installer certification preferred for rooftop solar technician roles; AutoCAD and PVSyst for solar design engineer roles; MBA or Graduate for solar sales and business development roles; PGDM Energy Management from TERI or IGNOU for renewable energy management roles; knowledge of net metering regulations and TANGEDCO grid connectivity norms for sales and project roles in Tamil Nadu; basic electrical safety certification for all site roles
