• Explain the coverage, exclusions, claim process, and value of extended warranty plans in simple terms
• Handle customer objections and concerns about warranty cost and demonstrate value through feature comparison
• Process extended warranty purchase documentation and ensure customers receive policy certificates
• Coordinate with billing team to include warranty plan cost in EMI calculations when customers opt for finance
• Track daily extended warranty attachment rate against targets and report to the store supervisor
• Cross-sell compatible accessories alongside warranty plans to increase average transaction value

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of experience in warranty product sales, insurance upsell, or retail add-on sales
• Strong persuasive communication skills in Tamil and English for handling customer objections
• Good understanding of extended warranty terms, coverage clauses, and claim processes for electronics
• Ability to explain financial value of warranty protection clearly to price-sensitive customers
• Target-driven approach with the ability to achieve daily and monthly warranty attachment metrics
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills are eligible to apply
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
