📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect B2B courier clients including e-commerce sellers, manufacturers, retailers, and document courier users in the assigned territory
• Conduct client visits and presentations to pitch the company's courier services, rate card, and SLA commitments
• Negotiate volume-based rate agreements and service terms with prospective clients and close onboarding contracts
• Onboard new clients by coordinating with the operations team for pickup scheduling, credit account setup, and shipper portal access
• Follow up with newly onboarded clients to ensure service satisfaction and volume ramp-up as per committed forecasts
• Track competitor rate cards and service offerings and provide market intelligence to the branch manager for pricing strategy
• Maintain all client interaction records, pipeline status, and deal closure data in the CRM for weekly sales reporting

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or courier account management; freshers with strong communication skills welcome
• Good spoken Tamil and English for client interactions with businesses across Coimbatore's commercial and industrial zones
• Comfort with presenting rate cards, SLA terms, and service differentiation to business decision-makers
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory on a two-wheeler or public transport for daily client visits
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools or Excel for lead tracking, follow-up management, and pipeline reporting
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to independently manage a client acquisition pipeline
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
