📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and surprise food safety audits across QSR outlets using brand FSSAI and HACCP compliance checklists.
• Inspect kitchen and storage areas for temperature control, FIFO rotation, cross-contamination prevention, and personal hygiene.
• Review daily temperature logs, food holding records, and cleaning schedules for accuracy and compliance.
• Document audit findings in the brand's standardised audit tool and prepare detailed corrective action reports for outlet managers.
• Follow up on corrective action completion by outlet teams and escalate non-closure to the area manager within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with the central quality team on vendor raw material audits, packaging compliance, and allergen labelling checks.
• Train outlet managers and crew on updated FSSAI guidelines, new food safety SOPs, and HACCP critical control points.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree or BHM with FSSAI food safety qualification and HACCP awareness certification.
• One to four years of food safety auditing or quality assurance experience in a QSR, restaurant, or food processing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of FSSAI regulations applicable to QSR operations including kitchen hygiene, labelling, and pest control.
• Practical ability to apply HACCP principles to QSR kitchen environments and identify critical control point deviations.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills for preparing audit reports, corrective action logs, and compliance summaries.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned QSR outlet portfolio in Coimbatore for field audit visits.
• Good communication in Tamil and English to deliver food safety training and audit feedback to outlet teams.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
