📌 Key Responsibilities

• Exchange foreign currency for travel customers in compliance with RBI-authorised money changer guidelines.
• Handle Form A2 declarations and maintain accurate KYC documentation for each forex transaction.
• Advise customers on competitive exchange rates, currency options, and daily rate fluctuations.
• Process forex card loading, international prepaid card issuance, and traveller cheque exchange for departing travellers.
• Maintain daily forex transaction registers, balance forex holdings, and submit branch end-of-day reports.
• Ensure all forex transactions comply with FEMA regulations and the agency's RBI-authorised dealer II norms.
• Assist the operations team with currency availability planning for group tour departures.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or any discipline; knowledge of RBI forex regulations and FEMA is preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in forex dealing, currency exchange, or travel-related foreign exchange services.
• Understanding of RBI Authorised Dealer Category II norms and FEMA compliance requirements for travel forex.
• Familiarity with Form A2 documentation, KYC requirements, and currency declaration procedures.
• Good numerical accuracy and cash handling ability for multi-currency forex transactions.
• Knowledge of forex prepaid cards, international currency cards, and traveller cheque processing.
• Tamil and English communication skills for customer advisory on currency exchange and travel forex options.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
