📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audit visits to franchise QSR outlets to assess compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality.
• Document audit findings using the brand's standardised audit tool and score each outlet against defined compliance parameters.
• Communicate audit results to franchise partners and support them in developing corrective action plans with defined timelines.
• Coordinate mystery shopping visits and compile feedback reports to assess customer experience at franchise locations.
• Deliver refresher training to franchise outlet managers and crew on updated SOPs, new product procedures, and food safety.
• Track corrective action completion by franchise partners and escalate non-compliance to the franchise operations manager.
• Prepare weekly and monthly franchise performance reports covering audit scores, training completion, and recurring issues.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree or BHM from a recognised institution with knowledge of QSR operations and brand standards.
• One to four years of experience in QSR store operations, area support, or franchise field operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of QSR kitchen and counter SOPs with the ability to identify deviations quickly during outlet audits.
• Good communication in Tamil and English for engaging with franchise partners, outlet managers, and brand teams.
• Detail-oriented documentation skills for completing audit tools, corrective action logs, and multi-site visit reports.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Coimbatore and nearby areas to cover the assigned franchise outlet portfolio.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships with franchise partners while maintaining brand compliance standards.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
