📌 Key Responsibilities

• Hold full operational responsibility for project execution and sales delivery across the developer's portfolio.
• Oversee project management, construction quality, timeline adherence, and cost governance across all active sites.
• Lead the sales function in collaboration with VP Sales ensuring booking revenue meets annual targets.
• Drive land acquisition and business development pipeline for new project launches in partnership with BD leadership.
• Manage regulatory approvals, RERA compliance, and government liaison for all active and upcoming projects.
• Build and develop leadership teams across project management, sales, marketing, legal, and finance functions.
• Report operational and financial performance to the CMD or promoters and participate in strategic planning.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. Civil Engineering or both, with 15 to 25 years of real estate development management experience.
• Proven track record of overseeing full real estate project P&L including construction, sales, and delivery.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams across construction, sales, legal, finance, and marketing.
• Strong regulatory knowledge covering RERA, CMDA approvals, and municipal clearance processes in Tamil Nadu.
• Track record of successfully delivering large residential communities of 500 or more units in Coimbatore or major metros.
• Strategic planning ability including market assessment, project feasibility, and portfolio planning.
• Board-level stakeholder management experience and ability to represent the developer with investors and partners.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
