📌 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customer leads for gold loans through field visits, local market activation, and referrals
• Explain gold loan product features, interest rates, and eligibility to prospective customers
• Support walk-in and field customers through the initial loan application and documentation process
• Achieve monthly loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets set by the branch manager
• Build relationships with local jewellers, small business owners, and community groups for referral business
• Cross-sell related financial products to new and existing gold loan customers where applicable
• Maintain accurate lead and conversion records in the CRM or branch reporting system

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 0-3 years of field sales or business development experience, preferably in financial services
• Strong local area knowledge and networking skills within the assigned territory
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales or origination goals
• Good communication and persuasion skills for customer acquisition
• Willingness to travel within the local area for field sales activities
• Basic computer proficiency for CRM and reporting
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field mobility
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
