📌 Key Responsibilities

• Process gold loan applications including KYC verification, documentation, and eligibility assessment
• Coordinate with the gold appraiser to determine loan amount based on loan-to-value (LTV) norms
• Disburse approved loans promptly and accurately through the branch's core lending software
• Counsel customers on loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and renewal processes
• Process loan renewals, part-payments, and closure requests as per company policy
• Ensure compliance with RBI KYC/AML guidelines and internal audit requirements for every transaction
• Maintain accurate loan files and documentation for audit and regulatory review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in gold loan processing, banking, or NBFC branch operations
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML norms and loan documentation requirements
• Good numerical skills for LTV calculation and loan amount determination
• Strong customer counselling and communication skills
• Familiarity with core lending or loan management software
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work in a target-driven branch environment
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
