📌 Key Responsibilities

• Undergo structured rotational training across branch operations, customer service, and gold appraisal functions
• Shadow branch staff to learn loan origination, documentation, and disbursement processes
• Assist in KYC verification and basic customer documentation under supervision
• Learn cash handling, vault procedures, and daily branch reconciliation basics
• Participate in classroom training on RBI KYC/AML norms and gold loan product features
• Support branch staff with routine administrative and customer service tasks during training
• Prepare periodic learning reports and present rotation summaries to the branch manager

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 0-1 years of experience; internships in banking or NBFC branches are an advantage
• Willingness to undergo rotational training across branch functions over 3-6 months
• Good communication skills in the local language and English
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office
• Strong learning agility and willingness to work in a branch customer-facing environment
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented given the cash and gold handling nature of the business
• Physically based at the branch with willingness to travel for training sessions if required
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
