📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute user acquisition experiments across digital channels including app stores, paid social, and referral programs
• Build and analyze conversion funnels for fintech onboarding, KYC completion, and first transaction activation
• Run A/B tests on product flows, notifications, and marketing creatives to optimize user activation rates
• Use SQL and product analytics tools to identify drop-off points and engagement gaps in the fintech user journey
• Develop retention programs including push notification campaigns, loyalty incentives, and reactivation nudges
• Collaborate with product managers to implement in-product growth loops and referral mechanics
• Report growth metrics including CAC, LTV, DAU/MAU, and retention cohort data to leadership weekly

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or graduate degree with demonstrated growth marketing or product analytics experience
• 2 - 6 Years of growth marketing or product growth experience in a fintech, consumer tech, or digital product company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or CleverTap
• Experience running A/B experiments and interpreting statistical significance of growth test results
• Knowledge of fintech user acquisition channels including app store optimization, paid digital, and referral mechanics
• Good understanding of fintech product flows including KYC onboarding, digital lending, and UPI activation
• Comfort with performance marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention cohort analysis
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
