📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube to generate student leads for the company's online courses.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance daily, adjusting targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve cost per lead and enrollment conversion rates.
• Manage SEO and content marketing activities including blog posts, landing page optimisation, and keyword targeting to drive organic student acquisition.
• Design and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, batch announcements, course launches, and re-engagement of inactive leads.
• Analyse funnel performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM data to identify drop-off points and implement conversion rate improvements.
• Collaborate with the academic counseling team to understand lead quality issues and refine targeting and messaging strategies accordingly.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email subject lines to identify the highest-performing variations for each student segment.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any discipline with one to four years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an EdTech or consumer internet environment.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated ability to optimise for cost per lead and enrollment conversion.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent analytics platforms for tracking marketing funnel performance and campaign attribution.
• Experience with email marketing tools and WhatsApp Business API for campaign automation and lead nurturing workflows.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies for organic student acquisition in competitive educational categories.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign data, identify performance trends, and make creative and targeting decisions based on evidence.
• Strong written communication skills for creating or briefing engaging ad copy, landing page content, and email messaging tailored to student audiences.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
