📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting home appliances including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and televisions
• Demonstrate product features, energy star ratings, capacity options, and brand comparisons to customers
• Explain available EMI plans, zero-cost finance options, and product exchange schemes
• Coordinate with the delivery and installation team to schedule post-purchase home delivery and setup
• Process high-value appliance transactions and generate GST invoices accurately through the POS system
• Follow up with customers on installation confirmation and post-purchase satisfaction
• Achieve monthly home appliance revenue targets set by the store manager or department head

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate from a recognised board or university
• Working knowledge of home appliance categories including ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, and water purifiers
• Ability to explain energy efficiency ratings, capacity specifications, and technology differences to customers
• Strong consultative selling skills as home appliance purchases are high-involvement decisions
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends when high-value appliance sales are highest
• Knowledge of available EMI and easy finance options from partner banks and NBFCs is an advantage
• Prior experience in home appliance sales or consumer durable retail is preferred but not mandatory
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
