📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for branch-level positions including cashiers, gold loan officers, and appraisers
• Handle HR administration including attendance, leave management, and employee records for branch staff
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and statutory contributions with the corporate HR and payroll team
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction for new branch hires across the assigned region
• Address employee grievances and coordinate disciplinary matters as per company HR policy
• Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws applicable to branch and field employees
• Coordinate training programmes for branch staff on product knowledge and compliance requirements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in HR or graduate degree with 0-5 years of HR experience, preferably in banking, NBFC, or retail branch networks
• Working knowledge of recruitment processes for high-volume branch-level hiring
• Familiarity with payroll processes and statutory compliance for a distributed branch workforce
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for employee relations across multiple branches
• Organisational skills for managing recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination simultaneously
• Ability to travel across branches within the assigned region as needed
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate HR records and compliance documentation
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Any Graduate for most branch roles; IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance) certification for banking/NBFC roles preferred; Gold appraisal and hallmarking certification for appraiser roles; NISM certification for credit and risk roles; RBI-mandated KYC/AML training for all customer-facing roles; Diploma in Gemology or Jewellery Technology an advantage for appraiser roles
