📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site staff, sales executives, and office roles across real estate projects.
• Conduct onboarding for new joiners including documentation collection, induction, and system access setup.
• Maintain attendance and leave records for all employees across site and office locations using HRMS.
• Process monthly payroll including statutory deductions for PF, ESI, and professional tax.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws applicable to construction sites including ESI, PF, and contract labour regulations.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, support managers in documentation, and maintain increment records.
• Handle employee queries on payroll, leave, and HR policies and escalate issues to the HR manager.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or Graduate with 1 to 4 years of HR generalist experience in real estate or construction.
• Experience managing recruitment for both white-collar office roles and site-level construction staff.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, professional tax, and contract labour regulations applicable to construction companies.
• Proficiency in HRMS software for attendance, leave, and payroll management.
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate employee files and statutory compliance records.
• Good interpersonal skills for engaging diverse employee profiles from site workers to senior management.
• Awareness of Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act and Construction Workers Welfare Board regulations.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
