📌 Key Responsibilities

• Support HRIS implementation projects for client organisations by configuring system modules, migrating employee data, and testing workflows before go-live
• Provide day-to-day HRIS support to client HR teams by resolving system issues, updating configurations, and managing user access and role permissions
• Conduct end-user training sessions for client HR teams on HRIS features covering employee master management, leave, attendance, payroll, and reporting modules
• Coordinate data migration activities including extracting data from legacy systems, cleaning data, mapping fields, and loading into the new HRIS platform
• Configure HR system workflows for leave approval, attendance regularisation, onboarding checklists, and performance review cycles based on client requirements
• Generate and customise HRIS reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, leave utilisation, and payroll data for client HR and management teams
• Stay current on HRIS platform updates, new module releases, and integration capabilities to advise clients on maximising their HR technology investment

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or B.E. in any discipline with 0 to 3 years of HRIS implementation, HR system support, or HR technology consulting experience
• Hands-on experience with one or more HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox, Zoho People, Keka, greytHR, SAP HCM, or similar HR management systems
• Ability to configure HRIS modules for leave management, attendance tracking, payroll integration, employee master, and performance management workflows
• Experience supporting data migration projects including data extraction, field mapping, data quality checks, and loading employee data into new HRIS systems
• Good user training and documentation skills for delivering HRIS training sessions to HR and business users with varying levels of technology comfort
• Analytical capability to generate HR reports, customise dashboards, and extract data insights from HRIS platforms for client management reporting
• Strong problem-solving and client communication skills for resolving HRIS system issues, managing support tickets, and coordinating with platform vendors
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
