📌 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order allocation to available delivery riders from the dark store in real time to meet the committed delivery time window
• Monitor rider GPS positions and order acceptance rates on the dispatch dashboard and intervene when riders are overloaded or delayed
• Manage order exceptions including restaurant or dark store preparation delays, rider no-shows, and customer not-reachable cases
• Track TAT for every order from confirmation to delivery and escalate orders at risk of SLA breach to the shift supervisor
• Coordinate rider check-in, shift allocation, and break scheduling to ensure continuous delivery coverage across the service area
• Handle customer escalations for delayed or incomplete hyperlocal orders and initiate refund or redelivery as per company policy
• Prepare shift-end MIS covering orders dispatched, on-time delivery rate, average delivery TAT, and rider productivity for supervisor review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in hyperlocal delivery operations, dark store coordination, or q-commerce platform operations; freshers welcome
• Familiarity with app-based dispatch and delivery management platforms used in hyperlocal grocery and q-commerce operations
• Good real-time decision-making skills for rider allocation and order exception management under high order volume pressure
• Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel for shift MIS and TAT tracking across large order volumes
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English for coordinating with riders and resolving customer order exceptions
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including early morning, afternoon, and night shifts as hyperlocal delivery operates across extended hours
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
