📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses and digital learning modules using instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM for K-12 or skill development platforms.
• Create detailed storyboards and course blueprints that specify learning objectives, content flow, interactivity design, and assessment strategy.
• Build interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate, incorporating quizzes, scenarios, and branching activities.
• Package and upload completed eLearning modules to LMS platforms in SCORM or xAPI formats, testing for compatibility and tracking functionality.
• Conduct learner needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps, performance requirements, and appropriate instructional solutions before course design begins.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract and structure content accurately, translating complex subject knowledge into learner-friendly digital formats.
• Review completed learning experiences from a pedagogical and usability standpoint, recommending design improvements based on learner feedback and completion data.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Ed., B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent graduate degree; a postgraduate diploma or certification in Instructional Design or eLearning development is an advantage.
• Hands-on proficiency with at least one eLearning authoring tool: Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
• Understanding of instructional design models including ADDIE, SAM, or Merrill's Principles of Instruction and their application in digital course design.
• Experience with SCORM and xAPI packaging and uploading content to LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or a custom learning management system.
• Ability to write clear, measurable learning objectives mapped to Bloom's taxonomy and design assessments that accurately evaluate objective achievement.
• Strong visual thinking and storyboarding skills to communicate course design intent to graphic designers and multimedia developers.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail, essential for producing learner-facing content and design documentation.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
