📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning courses and blended learning content using the ADDIE instructional design model
• Create storyboards, scripts, and learning flow maps aligned with identified learning objectives
• Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent authoring tools
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract and structure content into learnable formats
• Design knowledge checks, assessments, and scenario-based activities aligned with learning outcomes
• Review and revise content based on SME, client, and pilot participant feedback
• Upload completed content to LMS platforms and test for interactivity, navigation, and display accuracy

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with demonstrated proficiency in Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise
• 0 to 4 years of instructional design or e-learning content development experience
• Working knowledge of the ADDIE instructional design model and adult learning principles
• Ability to create storyboards and write clear, learner-focused scripts for e-learning modules
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and translating complex information into structured learning content
• Good visual sense for screen layout, typography, and interaction design in e-learning
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM packaging standards is an advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
