• Coordinate international group tour packages for destinations such as Europe, Southeast Asia, UAE, and Indian Ocean regions.
• Prepare detailed international tour itineraries, day-by-day schedules, and costing sheets for group departures.
• Book international hotels, airport transfers, coach rentals, and licensed local guides through B2B portals and direct contracts.
• Coordinate group visa documentation requirements with the visa team to ensure timely approvals before departure.
• Arrange travel insurance, forex guidance, and pre-departure documentation packs for all group tour participants.
• Liaise with overseas ground operators and destination management companies (DMCs) for land arrangements.
• Handle pre-departure briefing sessions, on-tour issue escalations, and post-tour customer feedback collection.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Tourism from a recognised travel and tourism training institute.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in international tour coordination, group operations, or travel agency back-office.
• Good knowledge of international destinations with the ability to design and cost multi-country itineraries.
• Familiarity with B2B hotel and transfer booking portals used in international tour package assembly.
• Understanding of group visa requirements, travel insurance categories, and forex documentation for international tours.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for managing overseas ground operators and local customers simultaneously.
• English and Tamil communication skills for pre-departure briefings and handling international ground operators.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
