📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for branch systems including core lending software, desktops, and printers
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues affecting branch operations and customer transaction processing
• Maintain branch hardware including biometric KYC devices, CCTV systems, and point-of-sale equipment
• Coordinate with the central IT team for software updates, patches, and system upgrades across branches
• Manage user access provisioning and password resets for branch staff on the core lending system
• Perform routine data backup and basic cybersecurity hygiene checks for branch systems
• Support new branch IT setup and onboarding of new systems as the branch network expands

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech, BCA, or graduate with a diploma in computer applications and 0-4 years of IT support experience
• Basic understanding of core lending or loan management software support
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and branch hardware maintenance
• Experience supporting biometric KYC devices and point-of-sale systems is an advantage
• Good troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a branch environment
• Basic knowledge of data backup and cybersecurity hygiene practices
• Willingness to travel across branches within the assigned region for on-site support
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
