📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned job requirements including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and joining confirmation
• Conduct telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate communication, basic skill fitment, and interest level before forwarding to client or hiring manager
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients or internal hiring managers and send timely confirmations, reminders, and post-interview feedback
• Track candidate pipeline for each open position in the ATS and update all stages from sourced to screened, interview scheduled, offer made, and joined
• Negotiate and communicate offer details to selected candidates and manage the notice period and joining date confirmation process
• Follow up with candidates who have accepted offers during their notice period to prevent dropouts and maintain a backup pipeline for critical positions
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment delivery targets for number of profiles sourced, interviews conducted, and closures achieved

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with 0 to 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience at a staffing company, placement firm, or corporate HR team
• Demonstrated ability to handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout independently
• Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, or similar job portals for candidate sourcing and familiarity with ATS platforms for pipeline tracking
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil for candidate interaction, client coordination, and internal reporting
• Understanding of how to assess candidate fitment against job description criteria during telephonic screening without extensive training
• Target-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple open positions concurrently and prioritise based on urgency and client importance
• Basic knowledge of offer management including CTC structuring, notice period negotiation, and the candidate confirmation and joining process
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
