📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items at the assigned production station following QSR recipe cards and assembly SOPs without deviation.
• Set up the station before service with all required ingredients, packaging, sauces, and tools to the brand's mise en place standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, steamers, and microwaves safely and within manufacturer guidelines.
• Monitor food holding temperatures throughout the shift and discard items that exceed brand-specified holding time limits.
• Portion ingredients accurately using standard scoops, scales, or template tools to ensure consistency across every serve.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen station throughout the shift and complete end-of-shift deep cleaning assignments.
• Communicate stock shortages or equipment issues to the shift supervisor immediately to avoid order delays.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass certificate minimum; FSSAI food handler certificate is an advantage for kitchen crew roles.
• No prior kitchen experience required for most QSR brands; freshers are trained on the job during brand onboarding.
• Ability to follow QSR recipe and production SOPs accurately and consistently without supervision after training.
• Physical fitness and stamina to work at a standing kitchen station for extended periods across all shift types.
• Understanding of basic food safety principles including temperature control, personal hygiene, and cross-contamination.
• Willingness to work across different kitchen stations as assigned by the shift supervisor based on outlet needs.
• Ability to maintain speed and accuracy during peak periods while meeting brand quality and presentation standards.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
