📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured learning needs analysis with client HR and business leadership to identify skill gaps and development priorities
• Design comprehensive L and D programme plans aligned with client business goals and learning outcomes
• Act as the primary relationship contact for assigned corporate client accounts during the training engagement lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal training delivery, content, and operations teams to ensure programme execution meets client expectations
• Measure and report training effectiveness and ROI to client stakeholders using Kirkpatrick or equivalent evaluation models
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts for additional training programmes
• Present L and D programme outcomes and recommendations to client HR directors and business heads

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• 2 to 6 years of L and D business partner, HR business partner, or corporate training consulting experience
• Strong learning needs analysis and programme design skills
• Experience measuring training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, or equivalent evaluation frameworks
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Good project management ability for coordinating multi-stakeholder training programmes
• Fluency in English and Tamil for managing Coimbatore-based and South India corporate client relationships
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
