📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis for client accounts by gathering inputs from HR heads, business leaders, and performance data to identify learning priorities
• Design learning solutions including instructor-led training programmes, e-learning modules, blended learning paths, and micro-learning content for client organisations
• Coordinate and facilitate soft skills, compliance, and HR process training sessions for internal staff and client-deployed employees
• Administer the LMS platform for assigned client accounts including course uploads, learner enrolment, training completions tracking, and reporting
• Manage the annual training calendar including scheduling sessions, coordinating venue or virtual platform logistics, and sending participant communications
• Assess training effectiveness through post-training evaluations, quiz scores, and application feedback reports shared with client HR and business stakeholders
• Coordinate with external training vendors for specialised programmes, obtain proposals, manage vendor scheduling, and evaluate delivery quality post-session

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA HR with 0 to 3 years of L and D, corporate training, or learning operations experience at an HR firm, staffing company, or corporate training team
• Experience conducting training needs analysis through surveys, manager interviews, and performance data review to identify learning gaps and prioritise interventions
• Ability to design learning content and training programme structures covering soft skills, compliance, HR processes, and functional skills for diverse learner audiences
• Familiarity with LMS platforms for uploading content, managing learner records, tracking completion, and generating training effectiveness reports
• Basic facilitation skills for delivering interactive instructor-led training sessions to groups of 10 to 30 participants in classroom or virtual settings
• Experience managing training logistics including calendar scheduling, venue coordination, participant lists, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with business leaders, external vendors, and HR operations teams on L and D programme delivery
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
