📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate leadership development programmes for middle management and senior leadership cohorts at corporate client organisations
• Administer and debrief psychometric and 360-degree feedback tools with senior participants
• Facilitate action learning sets, team challenge activities, and leadership reflection sessions
• Coach individual participants on leadership style, stakeholder influence, and personal development goals during programme engagements
• Customise leadership development content and activities to align with client industry context and leadership competency frameworks
• Evaluate cohort progress and provide post-programme development reports to client HR and talent teams
• Stay current with leadership development research and integrate emerging facilitation methodologies into programme design

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or graduate degree with professional certification in coaching or leadership facilitation
• 3 to 8 years of leadership development programme design and facilitation experience
• Experience administering and debriefing 360-degree feedback and psychometric tools such as DISC, Hogan, or MBTI
• Strong executive presence and facilitation skills for engaging senior leadership audiences
• Demonstrated ability to coach senior participants one-on-one on leadership and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with action learning methodology and experiential leadership development approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication for programme reports and senior client presentations
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
