- Monitor changes in relevant financial and consumer protection law affecting gold loan operations
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- LLB with 2-7 years of experience in NBFC legal, recovery, or documentation support roles
- Strong understanding of gold loan recovery and auction legal requirements under RBI fair practices code
- Experience drafting legal notices and reviewing loan and pledge documentation
- Good coordination skills for managing external legal counsel and litigation matters
- Attention to detail for ensuring documentation and recovery processes are legally sound
- Clear written communication skills for legal correspondence and internal advisories
- Ability to manage multiple case files and legal matters across branches simultaneously
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
