- Process loan disbursements by verifying approval conditions, documentation, and bank account details before fund transfer
- Monitor post-disbursement loan accounts for due date, EMI collection, and early delinquency signals
- Coordinate with the collections team to initiate outreach for loans entering first payment default or early bucket delinquency
- Update loan management systems with payment receipts, waiver approvals, and account status changes
- Prepare daily disbursement reports and NPA ageing analysis for the operations and risk management teams
- Liaise with customers regarding EMI due dates, statement requests, and loan closure procedures
- Support regulatory reporting requirements including RBI data submissions related to loan portfolio status
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or any stream from a recognized institution
- 0 - 3 Years of experience in lending operations, NBFC back-office, or banking loan processing roles
- Knowledge of digital loan disbursement processes and loan management system operations
- Familiarity with RBI NPA classification norms and basic collections process in digital lending
- Proficiency in MS Excel for MIS preparation, loan data extraction, and operations reporting
- Good communication skills for customer interaction regarding EMI, foreclosure, and loan servicing
- Attention to detail for accurate loan processing, disbursement verification, and compliance documentation
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
