📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to generate gold loan leads for assigned branches
• Coordinate print, local cable, and community media advertising within approved budgets
• Organise community outreach activities such as local camps and events to build brand awareness
• Ensure branch signage, banners, and marketing collateral are current and compliant with brand guidelines
• Support digital marketing activities including local social media promotion and online lead campaigns
• Track and report campaign performance and lead conversion for assigned branches
• Coordinate with branch and area management on marketing budget utilisation and campaign planning

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA Marketing with 0-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in BFSI or retail branch marketing
• Good understanding of local market dynamics and community-based marketing approaches
• Basic digital marketing knowledge including social media and local online promotion
• Event coordination and vendor management skills for local marketing activities
• Good communication skills for coordinating with branch teams and local media vendors
• Analytical ability to track and report campaign performance and lead generation results
• Willingness to travel across assigned branches for local marketing activities
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

🏆 Certifications and Qualifications

Any Graduate for most branch roles; IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance) certification for banking/NBFC roles preferred; Gold appraisal and hallmarking certification for appraiser roles; NISM certification for credit and risk roles; RBI-mandated KYC/AML training for all customer-facing roles; Diploma in Gemology or Jewellery Technology an advantage for appraiser roles
