📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local store marketing activities to drive footfall and brand awareness within the outlet's catchment area.
• Distribute promotional flyers, manage in-store point-of-sale displays, and coordinate branded collateral placement.
• Maintain and optimise the outlet's Zomato and Swiggy listing including menu updates, images, and promotional offers.
• Support social media content creation for the outlet's local pages including photos, offers, and community engagement posts.
• Coordinate with schools, offices, and residential societies within the outlet's radius for bulk order and corporate tie-up campaigns.
• Track the sales impact of marketing activities including footfall count, average transaction value, and promo redemption rates.
• Manage customer loyalty programme enrolments and assist in driving repeat visit campaigns through app and SMS promotions.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in marketing, mass communication, or business administration from a recognised institution.
• Zero to three years of marketing or business development experience; QSR or food service background is preferred.
• Familiarity with local store marketing techniques, promotional campaign planning, and basic digital marketing tools.
• Working knowledge of Zomato and Swiggy restaurant portals for listing management and promotional offer activation.
• Good communication in Tamil and English for community canvassing, corporate outreach, and vendor coordination.
• Basic photo editing and social media content creation skills for managing outlet-level local social media pages.
• Analytical ability to track promotional campaign results and prepare simple sales impact reports for store management.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
