📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for new residential project launches covering digital, outdoor, and event channels.
• Manage the developer's brand identity across all project communications, collateral, and experience centres.
• Oversee all digital marketing activities including Google, Meta, and portal advertising campaigns with agency partners.
• Plan and execute ATL activities such as newspaper inserts, hoardings, radio spots, and outdoor campaigns.
• Manage advertising and marketing agencies, briefing them on campaign objectives and reviewing creative outputs.
• Control the quarterly and annual marketing budget across all projects and report ROI on campaign spend.
• Coordinate with sales teams on lead quality, campaign feedback, and adjustments to targeting and creative strategy.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution with 4 to 10 years of real estate or consumer product marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing residential project launch marketing campaigns in Coimbatore or other major metros.
• Strong understanding of ATL and BTL media mix for real estate including digital, print, outdoor, and events.
• Experience managing external advertising and digital marketing agencies and evaluating creative deliverables.
• Proficiency in marketing budget planning, spend tracking, and campaign ROI measurement.
• Knowledge of real estate buyer journey, RERA-compliant advertising standards, and portal marketing best practices.
• Leadership experience managing a team of marketing executives and digital specialists is required for senior roles.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
