📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, P and L performance, and organisational growth of the private market research company across all research disciplines and geographies
• Define the company's market research product portfolio, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning in the Coimbatore and India market
• Build and lead the senior leadership team including research directors, client service directors, operations heads, and support function leaders
• Drive new business development at the highest level by maintaining relationships with CMO and marketing VP contacts across major client organisations
• Establish the company's thought leadership agenda through industry publications, conference participation, and media engagement
• Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, technology investment, and infrastructure development for research capability enhancement
• Represent the company to investors, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and the broader market research community

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a reputed institution with eighteen to thirty years of progressive market research and business leadership experience
• Proven track record of leading a market research organisation or major practice with full P and L accountability
• Deep expertise across qualitative, quantitative, and digital research methodologies with recognised industry standing
• Demonstrated success in building and growing senior client relationships at CMO and C-suite level
• Experience building and leading multi-functional research organisations across research, client management, operations, and support functions
• Strong board-level communication and investor relations capabilities
• Recognised thought leader in the market research and consumer insights industry with external visibility through publications or advisory roles
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
