📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting smartphones based on budget, usage needs, and feature preferences
• Demonstrate smartphone camera, battery, display, and performance features on live demo units
• Advise customers on compatible accessories including cases, screen guards, chargers, and earphones
• Explain EMI options, exchange offers, and network plan bundling available with handset purchases
• Process mobile phone transactions at the POS terminal and issue GST invoices to customers
• Maintain demo handset display units in fully charged, functional, and clean condition
• Track daily individual mobile phone sales volume and value against assigned targets

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass from a recognised board; Graduate is preferred
• Good working knowledge of current smartphone brands, models, and feature comparisons
• Strong spoken communication skills in Tamil and basic English for customer interaction
• Ability to explain technical specifications in simple language that customers can understand
• Willingness to work weekend and festival season shifts as mobile sales peak during these periods
• Experience in mobile phone retail, telecom store, or accessories sales is an advantage
• Freshers with a strong passion for mobile technology and gadgets are encouraged to apply
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
