📌 Key Responsibilities
- Review all non-delivery reports submitted by delivery executives and classify each NDR by reason including address issue, customer unavailability, and access restriction
- Call customers or shippers for each NDR case to verify the correct address, reschedule delivery, or confirm return-to-origin instruction
- Coordinate reattempt assignments with the hub in-charge for the following day's delivery plan based on resolved NDR cases
- Process confirmed RTO consignments by updating the system and notifying shippers about the return initiation
- Track NDR SLA timelines to ensure no case remains open beyond the maximum allowable window before automatic RTO trigger
- Maintain NDR MIS reports tracking open cases, resolved cases, RTO volumes, and average resolution TAT daily
- Liaise with field delivery executives to clarify disputed NDR reasons and identify patterns of recurring non-delivery at specific addresses or beats
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution
- 0 - 2 Years of experience in courier NDR management, logistics coordination, or customer follow-up roles; freshers are welcome
- Good spoken Tamil and English for calling customers and shippers to resolve failed delivery cases
- Understanding of courier delivery attempt processes and the conditions under which RTO is triggered
- Comfort with data entry and maintaining NDR tracking sheets in Excel or CRM systems
- Attention to detail to identify address errors, landmark mismatches, and beat allocation issues causing repeated non-delivery
- Ability to handle volume-based work targets efficiently during peak parcel periods
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
