📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day property management system audit to close the financial day and generate nightly revenue reports.
• Reconcile room revenue, food and beverage postings, and other charges against daily transaction records.
• Verify and post room rates and applicable taxes to all occupied guest folios accurately before the audit run.
• Process no-shows, cancellations, and early departure adjustments during the night shift as per hotel policy.
• Manage front desk operations during the night shift including late check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries.
• Prepare end-of-day summary reports including occupancy percentage, total revenue, and accounts receivable for management.
• Conduct shift handover briefing with the morning front desk team summarising night audit results and pending actions.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Hotel Management from an AICTE-approved institute with accounts exposure.
• 0 to 3 years of hotel front office experience; prior night audit or accounts handling experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of a hotel property management system (Opera, IDS, or similar) for end-of-day audit processing.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, revenue reconciliation, and daily financial report generation.
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts (typically 11 PM to 7 AM) as the primary job requirement.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy for audit reconciliation and guest billing verification.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil for handling overnight guest interactions at the front desk.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
