• Create travel content including destination posts, package reels, and promotional graphics for digital channels.
• Run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for outbound holiday packages and seasonal travel promotions.
• Implement SEO practices for the agency website including travel blog content, keyword optimisation, and backlink building.
• Execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and email newsletters to promote seasonal packages to the customer database.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and report monthly results to management.
• Generate enquiry leads through digital campaigns and route them to the sales team with contextual package information.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any discipline with hands-on digital marketing experience.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in travel digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup, targeting, and performance optimisation.
• Skills in travel content creation including short-form video (Reels), destination photography, and copywriting.
• Understanding of travel SEO including destination keyword strategy, landing page optimisation, and blog writing.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools for creating travel marketing visuals and promotional materials.
• Analytical mindset with ability to read Google Analytics and Ads Manager reports to optimise campaign spend.
