📌 Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify loan documentation for completeness before final approval and disbursement
• Maintain accurate data entry of loan and customer records in the core lending software
• Support daily and monthly branch reconciliation and MIS reporting requirements
• Verify compliance checklists for KYC, loan agreements, and pledge documentation before file closure
• Archive and maintain physical and digital loan files as per company retention policy
• Coordinate with the branch team to resolve documentation gaps or discrepancies promptly
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing requested documentation and records

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 0-3 years of back-office, documentation, or data entry experience, preferably in banking or NBFC
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for documentation verification and data entry
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Excel and core lending software
• Good organisational skills for file management and record archiving
• Understanding of KYC and loan documentation compliance requirements
• Ability to work within defined timelines for month-end and audit-related reporting
• Good coordination skills for resolving documentation issues with branch staff
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Any Graduate for most branch roles; IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance) certification for banking/NBFC roles preferred; Gold appraisal and hallmarking certification for appraiser roles; NISM certification for credit and risk roles; RBI-mandated KYC/AML training for all customer-facing roles; Diploma in Gemology or Jewellery Technology an advantage for appraiser roles
