📌 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all courier branches and hubs within the assigned region and ensure delivery SLA, COD compliance, and volume growth targets are met
- Review weekly and monthly branch-level MIS from all branch managers and drive corrective actions for underperforming branches
- Manage the regional P and L including revenue, hub operating costs, fleet costs, and manpower costs against budget
- Govern linehaul network performance within the region including connection timelines, hub-to-hub transfer reliability, and vehicle utilization
- Lead branch manager performance reviews, identify high-potential managers for advancement, and address performance gaps proactively
- Drive regional volume growth by supporting field sales initiatives, key account management, and new hub expansion decisions
- Represent the region in company-wide operations reviews and provide accurate performance data and forward projections to senior leadership
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA in Logistics, Operations, or related field or Graduate with strong courier operations experience
- 4 - 10 Years of experience in courier or logistics operations management with at least 2 years managing multiple branches or hubs
- Strong P and L management experience with accountability for revenue, cost, and delivery quality across a region
- Demonstrated leadership of branch managers and large operations teams in a courier or logistics environment
- Deep knowledge of courier hub operations, linehaul network management, and SLA governance frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel and operations dashboards for regional MIS review, budget tracking, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for weekly operations reviews with senior leadership and client engagement
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
