- Process and respond to chargeback disputes within defined SLA timelines
- Monitor transaction dashboards for failed, pending, and suspicious payment events
- Coordinate with acquiring banks and payment networks for dispute resolution
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on settlement volumes and exception counts
- Update internal ticketing systems with chargeback status and resolution outcomes
- Assist merchant support teams with payment-related query resolution
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or any stream from a recognized institution
- 0 - 2 Years of experience in payment operations, banking operations, or back-office finance
- Basic knowledge of UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and card payment transaction flows
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliation and MIS report preparation
- Good attention to detail to identify discrepancies in settlement and transaction data
- Ability to handle chargeback documentation and dispute correspondence
- Willingness to work in shifts if required for 24/7 payment monitoring coverage
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
