📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead paid digital media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and programmatic channels for agency clients with performance mandates
• Own ROAS, CPL, and CAC targets for assigned performance marketing accounts and make data-driven bid, budget, and audience optimisation decisions daily
• Build and manage attribution models to measure the contribution of each paid channel to lead generation, sales, and revenue outcomes for clients
• Develop full-funnel performance campaign architectures including awareness, consideration, and conversion stage campaigns with appropriate audience sequencing
• Manage and mentor digital marketing executives working on performance accounts, reviewing campaign setups and providing optimisation guidance
• Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to senior clients, explaining ROAS trends, CPL movements, and strategic recommendations clearly
• Evaluate and implement new ad technology tools, automation features, and AI-driven bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency and scale

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of performance marketing experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and multi-channel paid media campaigns with clear ROAS and CPL responsibility
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with experience managing campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, or high-ticket service categories
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build attribution frameworks and interpret multi-channel performance data in Google Analytics 4 or similar tools
• Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets with demonstrable improvements in ROAS, CPL reduction, or conversion rate achieved through optimisation
• Ability to develop performance funnel strategies that address audience segmentation, creative testing, landing page alignment, and bid strategy selection
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to present complex performance data and strategic recommendations to senior brand stakeholders
• Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or any discipline; Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are expected for this level
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
