📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead an entire staffing practice vertical or regional business unit with full P and L responsibility for revenue, margins, client portfolio, and team performance
• Define the strategic direction, service positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation for the practice vertical in the Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu market
• Own and grow a portfolio of executive-level client relationships with CHROs, procurement heads, and CEOs of key accounts within the practice vertical
• Drive business development at the leadership level by identifying large enterprise opportunities, leading senior-level pitches, and closing high-value staffing and HR services mandates
• Build, lead, and develop the practice team including account managers, delivery leads, recruitment teams, and support functions to achieve business plan targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor moves, regulatory changes, and emerging talent demands to proactively adapt the practice's service offerings and operational model
• Report practice performance to the firm's leadership committee and board on revenue, profitability, client health, team capacity, and strategic growth initiatives

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA HR or equivalent with 10 to 20 years of progressive staffing, executive search, or HR consulting experience including P and L ownership of a business unit or practice
• Demonstrated track record of building and leading a profitable staffing or HR services vertical with a large client portfolio and a high-performing delivery team
• Executive-level client relationship capability with the ability to engage with CHROs, CEOs, and senior procurement leaders on strategic talent and staffing partnerships
• Strong business development and commercial leadership experience including identifying growth opportunities, leading enterprise pitches, and closing large-value contracts
• Deep domain expertise in one or more staffing verticals such as IT staffing, executive search, contract labour management, or HR outsourcing within the Indian market
• Leadership and talent development capability for building motivated, accountable teams at multiple seniority levels within a complex staffing organisation
• Financial literacy including P and L management, margin analysis, revenue forecasting, and business investment decision-making within the HR and staffing business context
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
