📌 Key Responsibilities

• Call inbound and outbound leads generated from digital campaigns, portals, and offline enquiries for residential projects.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their budget, preferred location, unit type, and purchase timeline.
• Schedule site visits and experience centre appointments for qualified leads and coordinate with field sales executives.
• Follow up with prospects who did not convert after initial enquiry calls to re-engage and requalify.
• Maintain accurate calling records, lead status, and contact details in the company CRM system daily.
• Handle basic queries about project location, configuration, price range, and builder credentials over the phone.
• Report daily call counts, connection rates, and appointment conversion ratios to the pre-sales team lead.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; communication skills and voice clarity are the primary hiring criteria.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support roles.
• Comfortable with structured call scripts and CRM-based lead tracking and follow-up workflows.
• Ability to speak fluently in Tamil and English; knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Coimbatore's residential real estate landscape including popular corridors and project types.
• High resilience and positive attitude when handling call drops, rejections, and non-responsive leads.
• Willingness to work six days a week with Monday or Tuesday as the weekly off.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
