📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for one or more areas of the company's learning platform, defining vision, feature priorities, and success metrics aligned to learner and business outcomes.
• Conduct learner research including user interviews, cohort analysis, and usability studies to identify friction points and opportunities in the student learning journey.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams, facilitating sprint ceremonies to ensure clear feature delivery.
• Analyse learning analytics data to measure feature adoption, course completion rates, learner engagement depth, and assessment performance improvements.
• Lead go-to-market coordination for new product features and course launches, collaborating with academic, marketing, and counseling teams.
• Conduct competitive product benchmarking across the EdTech landscape to inform differentiation strategy and feature prioritisation decisions.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across academic, technology, content, and commercial teams, communicating product roadmap progress and trade-offs transparently.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a reputed institution or B.E./B.Tech with four to ten years of product management experience, ideally in an EdTech, consumer app, or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap for a consumer-facing digital product with measurable learner or user engagement outcomes.
• Strong command of agile product development methodologies including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and product analytics tooling.
• Data fluency: ability to define product KPIs, query learner data using SQL or analytics dashboards, and translate insights into product decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills to manage academic, technology, marketing, and leadership stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience conducting learner or user research and translating qualitative insights into validated, prioritised product features.
• Understanding of EdTech product-specific challenges including content-to-learner matching, learning outcome measurement, and retention in self-paced digital learning environments.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
